What is CIPAA?

Before our appointment, we shall have a preliminary review on the client’s case and provide a preliminary opinion report for consideration. Depending on the information made available to us and if we do recommend or advise against a commencement of CIPAA proceedings 01

Appointment of Counsel
Appointment of Counsel

If we do find a substantial chance of the client winning the case, we shall provide our fee proposal and finalize our appointment as the client’s counsel subject to the Client’s acceptance of the same.

Strategize and document preparation
Strategize and document preparation

Upon receiving the required information of the client, we shall formulate the full fledge strategy in anticipation of defensive measures and counterclaims from the respondence and discuss our strategy with the client. 

04.
Commencement of CIPAA Proceedings
Commencement of CIPAA Proceedings

Upon having green light from the client, we shall commence CIPAA proceedings against the non-paying party. Though out the proceeding, we shall act on behalf of the client and take further instructions where required.
